Fixed Transpalatal Arch (T.P.A.)
is excellent at maintaining space, acquired expansion and distalization. It can be designed with a solid transpalatal bar or with an Omega loop allowing for adjusment and producing molar rotation. Our Fixed Transpalatal Arch Appliance can also be fabricated in a removable version.
is an orthodontic device which connects two molars in the upper or lower dental arch. The lower lingual arch (LLA) has an archwire adapted to the lingual side of the lower teeth. Also available as a fixed or fixed/removable appliance the lingual arch can be used as a holding appliance or to assist in active treatment. It can be bent in an ideal arch form or it can be contoured to the existing arch. Adjustment loops can be added for activation.
